Return/Exchange Policy

Stickers, custom or personalized items, and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To make a return/exchange submit your request through the "View Completed Orders" page

• Iron On Transfers(excluding personalized items) that are unused and like new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restock fee.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer must pay return shipping. 

• Exchanges must be placed as a new order either before the return has been received or after the return has been refunded. No restock fees are incurred with exchanges. 

• Any damage or alterations by the buyer resulting in the transfer being in an un-saleable condition will be deducted from the return amount.

No refunds/replacements will be sent at no charge due to improper application, not following instructions or not using sample piece provided. Material must be proved defective prior to application.
