Return/Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns as all items are custom printed for each customer.

To Exchange because of an ordering error, to get a different color, size, material, etc., you will need to place a new order and put "EXCHANGE" in the notes box at checkout and we will refund 100% of the merchandise amount from the original order. Item must be the same Item # to qualify for an exchange and can only be "exchanged" one time. Items do not need to be mailed back to us.

Returned items or refused packages for any reason will be refunded at 50% merchandise amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason(as they have been paid directly to USPS for their services)


If you have an issue with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue with the product, please provide as much detail as possible. We will provide a thorough investigation and ship any incorrectly made items immediately.
