Accepted Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & PayPal. We only use PayPal as our payment processor. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete checkout! 

Once the PayPal payment box comes up, just click on the Pay with Debit or Credit Card link. Your payment information is not stored with PayPal and we also do not have access to see your payment information. Your payment will be processed securely and quickly! 


Why do we only use PayPal for payment processing? This allows us to receive the payment quicker enabling us to process and ship your order faster!



Return/Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns as all items are custom printed for each customer.

To Exchange because of an ordering an incorrect SIZE, you will need to place a new order and put "EXCHANGE" in the notes. We will issue a refund from the original invoice for 100% of the merchandise amount only.
Items must be the same style/color/text and can only be "exchanged" one time. Items do not need to be mailed back(saving you paying return postage).

Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason(as they have been paid directly to USPS for their services)


If you have an issue with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue with the product, please provide as much detail as possible. We will provide a thorough investigation and ship any incorrectly made items immediately. 




If you need to place an order on the website and on Etsy, I can combine the orders to ship together, after the shipping weight is calculated, and refund any excess or upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail. 



Orders over $50(after discounts) will be automatically upgraded to Priority Mail shipping

Quantity discounts will apply automatically when logged into a Customer Account (discounts will not apply if the order is placed using the "Guest" checkout option). 



To qualify items must be the same style, size, text(if applicable) & material. You can select more than one solid color(for the entire design), but patterns/multi-colored designs must be all the same for all items.

We will cancel/refund orders if the Bulk option is selected but the order conditions have not been met.

An additional wholesale discount is available for resellers(making finished products only, the stickers & transfers may not be resold as is). To qualify you must have either a brick & mortar store, website, Etsy/facebook online store, etc., or sell in local craft bazaars, and place an initial order of at least $50(single or cumulative, and either the website or Etsy). After the initial order has been placed, please contact us to request Wholesale status, and provide your physical/website/online store address and your account type will be updated after verification. There is no monthly minimum purchase requirement, but your account may be reviewed periodically for continuing eligibility.  



If you are making physical items to sell on Etsy(and other online marketplaces) such as t-shirts, cups, etc. make sure to check the trademark for the design or phrase in the category you are selling in. Some designs in my website may be trademarked, these are for personal use only.

First Class shipping is between 2-5 days
Priority Mail shipping is between 2-3 days
Priority Express shipping is between 1-2 days

If you would like to know the estimated delivery time for your location, please contact me and provide your zip code. I can provide an estimated delivery time from USPS's website, all delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed by USPS. Once the package is in the possession of USPS, I have no control over how long it takes them to deliver. 


**NO** refunds are given for delayed packages, except for Express(if USPS does not deliver on time, refund will be given for the difference to a lower shipping method). 



Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on your country(and distance). USPS does not provide any estimated shipping time for International delivery and once the package leaves the US tracking is very limited and US customer service can not provide any further information than what the tracking detail shows.

Custom's/Import fees may be charged by your country upon delivery(rate is determined by the amount of the order and your country's custom's department. I would have no way to find out what the rate/fees would be). This is separate from the shipping charge and is paid directly to your country's customs department.

International shipping cost includes insurance against damage/loss.



Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged, photos must be provided of the damaged package and items. Do not discard anything until after the claim has been completely processed and your refund or replacement has been provided.



Lost Packages: A full refund will be issued only after 20 days for Domestic or 40 days for International and up to 60 days from the date of mailing if USPS has not delivered(lost) or returned the package back to me.

If your package has been marked as delivered and you haven't received the package, you will need to contact your local post office/delivery person directly and they can verify if the package has been marked as delivered early or has been delivered to a wrong address(by checking the geo tracking). USPS Customer Service is unable to provide any further information once the package has been marked as delivered. 

No shipping refunds will be given for any reason if USPS has delayed delivery. 



Due to the volume of orders we have in production and the various production phases: setup, printing, weeding, masking, checking and shipping, we are not able to provide the exact status of individual orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order has been completed and shipped. If you don't see it in your inbox by the 3rd business day after the order was placed, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
