COMBINED SHIPPING:

If you need to place an order on the website and on Etsy, I can combine the orders to ship together, after the shipping weight is calculated, a refund will be issued for the extra shipping paid.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: 

Stickers, and custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Iron On Transfers(excluding personalized items) that are unused and like new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a 10% restock fee.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer must pay return shipping. Items can be mailed to the address on the packing slip.

• Exchanges can be made to purchase a larger/smaller size, and will not incur a restock fee if the replacement order has been placed prior to the processing the refund. If the exchange is purchased after the refund has been processed, the additional amount deducted for the restock fee will be refunded.

• Any damage or alterations by the buyer resulting in the transfer being in an un-saleable condition will be deducted from the return amount.

• If stickers or custom items are returned for a refund or exchange a 25% fee will be deducted(because these items are not resalable)

If there are any questions, please ask before your purchase is made.

No refunds/replacements will be sent at no charge due to improper application, not following instructions or not using sample piece provided. Material must be proved defective prior to application.

If you have an issue with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issue with the product, please provide as much detail as possible. We will provide a thorough investigation and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.

 

We are located in Gresham, Oregon (just outside of Portland).

 

Production Time:

2-3 Business Days (does not include the day the order is placed or weekends)
 

Large, multi-colored or custom orders & printed items may require additional production time

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

First Class shipping is between 2-5 days
Priority Mail shipping is between 2-3 days
Priority Express shipping is between 1-2 days

If you would like to know the estimated delivery time for your location, please contact me and provide your zip code. I can provide an estimated delivery time from USPS's website, all delivery dates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed by USPS. Once the package is in the possession of USPS, I have no control over how long it takes them to deliver. 

 

**NO** refunds are given for delayed packages, except for Express(refund will be given for the difference to a lower shipping method). 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

lease allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on your country(and distance). USPS does not provide any estimated shipping time for International delivery and once the package leaves the US tracking is very limited and US customer service can not provide any further information than what the tracking detail shows.

Custom's/Import fees may be charged by your country upon delivery(rate is determined by the amount of the order and your country's custom's department. I would have no way to find out what the rate/fees would be). This is separate from the shipping charge and is paid directly to your country's customs department.

International shipping cost includes insurance against damage/loss.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged, photos must be provided of the damaged package and items. Do not discard anything until after the claim has been completely processed and your refund or replacement has been provided.

 

LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES: 

Please contact me if your package has not been received in 5 business days and an investigation will be opened with USPS Customer Service. If your package has been marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local post office/delivery person directly and they can verify if the package has been marked as delivered early or has been delivered to a wrong address(by checking the geo tracking). USPS Customer Service is unable to provide any further information once the package has been marked as delivered. 

No shipping refunds will be given for any reason if USPS has delayed delivery. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY: 

Your personal information will only be used to fulfill your order, and is not stored or used for any other purpose. Your physical address will only be used for shipping the order to. Your email address will only be used for communication with any questions regarding your order or to send a proof for any custom items. Your payment information is handled by Paypal or by a secure Credit Card processing service, Stickers by Stephanie does not store nor have access to your payment information.
