 Please review the following FAQ's first and then please contact us if your question is not answered here and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. 



Q - Can you let me know when my order will ship?
A - All items are made to order. Production time is usually between 2-3 Business days(not including the day the order is placed) *please note that large quantities and/or custom items may require more production time and generally ship in 3-4 business days.

Due to the volume of orders we have in production and the various production phases: setup, printing, weeding, masking, checking and shipping, we are not able to provide the exact status of individual orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as the order has been completed and shipped. If you don't see it in your inbox by the 3rd business day after the order was placed, make sure to check your junk/spam folder or verify if you have provided us the correct email address. 

Q - How long does shipping take?
A - Shipping time is based on your location from Gresham, Oregon
First Class 1-3 days(West Coast) 2-3 days (Midwest) 3-5 days (East Coast)
Priority Mail 2-3 days
Priority Express 1-2 days
Shipping times are estimates only and USPS does not guarantee delivery by a specific date

*PLEASE NOTE: Because of COVID-19 USPS has added an additional day for delivery to Priority Mail and First Class.  

Q - I don't know what size transfer to buy for my shirt, can you help? What size is shown in the listing photo?
A - I don't give out sizing recommendations because usually several sizes will work, and will change how the completed shirt would look (depending on if you want just a small center chest design or full front design).

The listing photos are not shown to scale, the designs are enlarged to fit, and I do not know the shirt sizes used in the pre-made mock-ups. 

Here's the link to my sizing guide, which will provide an idea of how the different decal sizes will look on the different shirt sizes so you can decide on what you like the look of best. 

For masks/cups, I can only recommend to measure your mask/cup as sizing will vary by style and placement of the design. 

**All designs are available starting at 2"**

Q - Do you ship Internationally?
A - No I only ship within the US. 


Q - Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?

Q - Do you accept only Paypal or can I pay with my credit/debit card?
A - You don't need or have to use a Paypal account to complete your purchase. When the paypal box pops up, click on the gray button "Pay with Debit or Credit card" and you can enter your payment information using the secure Guest checkout. Paypal does not store your card information and we don't have access to your information either. 


Q - I have my own custom design I would like printed, can you help?
A - No, I do not offer custom printing services for your own custom designs/logos. 

I may be able to create and add new designs to my shop for general purchase, but it depends on the type of design and current volume of orders/projects in process. Please note: I do not create/sell designs for Pride, Holiday's, Military, Religious, or anything considered profane, derogatory or in poor taste. 


Q - Do you offer coupon codes/discounts/free shipping? 
A - Yes! If you use Guest Checkout, you will receive Free standard shipping on orders $35+. All orders $50+ are automatically upgraded to Priority Mail. Or create and checkout using a Customer account and receive an automatic quantity discount.  If you use Guest checkout we cannot adjust the discount after an order has been placed. 


Q - I just placed an order and forgot something, can I add on?  
A - Yes, but you will need to place a separate order as we don't have access to your payment information to adjust the invoice, but we will combine the orders to ship together and will refund the excess shipping charges. 


 ***CUSTOM LETTERING LISTINGS** I am currently updating listings, please let me know the font code (in the Item Title in parenthesis starting s97-   )  for the listing you would like to purchase from and I will let you know as soon as it has been updated (no updates will be made on Monday's).
