Production & Shipping
Q ~ How long does it take to make the items?
A ~ Our production time is a minimum of 2 Business days, but up to 3-4 days during peak days/times and/or order size, which does NOT include the day the order is placed, Holidays or weekends
Production time is SEPARATE from shipping. This is the time we need to complete the order; USPS has their own time needed for delivering the order.
Q ~ How long does it take to receive? Can I get a status/shipping update for my Order?
A ~ SHIPPING TIME: Based on zip code shipping from Gresham, OR 97030
Once you have the items in the shopping cart, both Etsy & Shopify will provide the estimated delivery date to your zip code (which includes our current production time). Shipping upgrades are available in the cart/checkout
Shipping times are NOT guaranteed by USPS.
Shipping upgrades apply ONLY for the shipping time.
*PLEASE NOTE* Due to the high volume of orders we receive between our Etsy shop and Shopify store, we are not able to provide order/shipping status updates. We apologize in advance that we will not respond to the message, but it is to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We cannot see delivery dates provided once the order is placed
A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number is sent as soon as the label is created, to the email address provided, you may need to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox by the 3rd business day after the order was placed.
Q ~ Do you offer Free Shipping, UPS, Fed-Ex or Local Pick Up?
A ~ Orders $35+ receive free standard First-Class shipping, orders weighing 16oz or more will be shipped Priority Mail. (Available to all customers and on both our Etsy & Shopify sites)
UPS is available on our Shopify site only
We do not offer Fed-Ex or local pick up
Q ~ Do you accept Rush orders or have a Rush processing fee?
A ~ We don’t have a rush processing fee, while we may be able to ship orders earlier than the stated processing times, we can never guarantee this due to too many factors – order size, customization, material, and total number of orders already in process between our Etsy shop and Shopify store, which all affect setup, printing, and drying times.
Q ~ My package arrived late; can I get a refund? USPS ruined the package, is mailing it back or was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it, what do I do?
A ~ Refunds will not be given for delays caused by USPS for any reason. Shipping times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed by USPS, Stickers by Stephanie, or Etsy. All packages are insured for damage or loss by USPS only.
Damage: Photos will need to be provided of the damaged packing/decals within 15 days of mailing (or no more than 5 days after delivery), do not discard anything until the claim has been completed and you have received your choice of replacement or refund. **No refund or replacement for any reason will be issued without providing us photos**
Lost Packages: A mail search request will be submitted to USPS first, then a full refund or replacement will be issued only after 15 days* from the date of mailing if the package has not marked as delivered or returned to us. *Time will be extended during holiday seasons
Marked as delivered: you must contact your local PO directly to dispute, unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end
Packages returned due to USPS delivery issues will be remailed upon address verification, if however, the return was due to an error in the address entered during placing the order, we will send a Paypal.me link for the additional postage cost to remail. No refunds will be given for returned/refused packages.
Returns ~ Exchanges ~ Cancellations
Q ~ Do you Accept Returns? Exchanges? Cancellations?
We cannot accept Returns as all items are custom printed and made to order for each customer
To Exchange, when placing an order for the new item put "EXCHANGE" in the notes to seller box at checkout
After shipping a refund will be manually issued for 25% of the exchanged items*
Items do not need to be mailed back so you don't have to pay return shipping
Items can only be exchanged one time, and must be the same style (including any custom text) as the original order to qualify
*Refund amount will be reduced to cover the shipping cost of the new order, unless the order total less exchanged items is still over $35
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed, and/or if the order has not been printed
We are sorry but orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been printed, shipped or on the scheduled day of shipping
Product/Design
Q ~ What does it mean in the menu "with background" or "bkgnd"? is it Required, what color will it be, or can I get the design without it?
A ~ It is required if it shows "with Background" or "bkgnd" in the size menu, then this means the design is either too small or too detailed to cut and we must make the design completely solid. Example will be shown in the listing photos once setup, if there is no example yet, contact us and we can get it added!
The default background color will depend on the design color - White, Marshmallow, Linen, Cream & Sooner Cream will default to Black, and all other Colors will default to White, BUT any Solid color or Pattern can be requested (exception Patterns are not available for designs specified as Solid Colors only)
Make sure when specifying, which color you are requesting for the design and which for the background.
If the size is not marked in the menu, then no background will be included
Q ~ Is Black the only color available or can/how do I request something different? Can I get a Design in more than one color?
A ~ We have a lot more colors than just Black! Color Charts are in the listing photos (for Etsy) or you can view larger swatches

Some designs may be available in more than color, pieces cannot be connected, only 1 pattern per design, but can be combined with a solid color (pattern must cover at least 50% of design surface) Separate text is not available in patterns
Please note: Not all designs are available in Patterns, see Product Guide (in the listing photos on Etsy) or the Item Description tabs (under the listing photos on Shopify)
Full Color/Watercolor designs cannot be changed from what is shown
Q ~ Can I get a design facing the opposite direction so that I can have two designs facing each other (or facing away)?
A ~ Yes, just add in the notes “reverse design” and we can flip it to face the opposite direction than shown in the listing photo
Q ~ Do you offer sizes smaller than 2"? And how do I know what size to buy?
A ~ 2” is the smallest we can cut designs in Vinyl (especially full color/watercolor designs), text/letters are available in 1” (and for very select fonts ½” and 5/8” sizes in heat transfer vinyl only) 3” for Glitter
We do not give sizing recommendations because sizing will vary depending on placement - pocket, center chest/back or full front/back and your personal preference as to how the finished shirt will look

Sizing is always for the ENTIRE design (never each individual word or piece). The listing will specify how the design is sized either by HEIGHT (top to bottom) or WIDTH (side to side), with the opposite side being sized proportionally. On Etsy this will be in the listing menu, or for listing that have Varied sizes, there will be a chart in the listing photos. On Shopify, it will be specified in the Item Description right under the listing photo.

Q ~ How is custom text sized? Can I get multiple lines? What if I need a different size than is available in the menu?
A ~ Text is sized based on the Height (top to bottom) of the entire text*, including lowercase letters such as p, h, y, g, etc.
*Exception: ½”, 5/8” & 1”, will be sized based on the capital letter, so text will be slightly larger if there are lowercase letters p, h, y, g, etc.
The width will be sized proportionally based on the text and will not be sized longer than the width selected, however it may be necessary to condense the length and/or height for the text to fit within the size chosen. If the height needs to be reduced to keep the text cuttable, no price adjustment will be given. If you need custom sizing, make sure to specify this in the personalization box/notes box.
Multi-Line text: Select the size from the menu per line and how many lines you want the text formatted. Text will be formatted on the number of lines purchased, regardless of how the text is written
Q ~ Can I get different text or change a font from what is shown? Can I add text to a design?
A ~ If the listing photo shows “Custom”, “Your Text Here”, or a purple bar showing “Text is Customizable”, the text can be changed. We are not able to show every possible option in the listing photos.
Fonts/Formatting will be as shown in the listing photo only, no changes or substitutions are accepted. Make sure to type the text in the box exactly as you want it printed.
Listing that have the light teal bar are available with an add on text option available in the menu
Listings that have a dark turquoise bar, the text cannot be changed, any additional text must be purchased separately
Custom Text Policy: I will not complete custom text with profanity/curse/swear words (either written out, abbreviated, or implied), references to drugs/violence, vulgar, derogatory, degrading, or something considered offensive to any party. The order will be immediately cancelled/refunded.
Q ~ Can I get text in Arched or Vertical format? Do you offer 2 color text or text in patterns?
A ~ We do not offer arched text, except within select designs. At this time we are not offering Vertical text

Q ~ Can I get a proof for an item before I order or before shipping?
A ~ Unfortunately we are unable to provide custom proofs before ordering or shipping due to the volume of orders in production between our Etsy shop and website, and our short production time, however all items are made exactly as shown in the listing photos, which are taken directly from the print file.
For Doodle letters – contact us if there is a pattern/color you would like to see, we will be creating these as we have time or sooner upon request!
Q ~ There are multiple designs shown in the listing photo are they all included for one price? Do you offer sets?
A ~ All designs/listings that are sold as a “set” will be clearly marked on the bottom of the listing photo, otherwise each item must be purchased individually
Sets must be all the same color (or pattern for select designs/listings) and material.
We don’t offer sets for most items so that this way you can purchase individual sizes needed as well as customize with different text/colors/material
Q ~ Do you Create Custom Designs or Sell Digital Files?
A ~ We are able to accept requests to create designs on a very limited basis, which it must be something we can/want to offer in our shop for general purchase due to how time-consuming setup is for custom work. Otherwise if you have or purchase a digital file, you can purchase through our custom print listing Full Color Custom Printing for Your Logo or Design – StickersbyStephanie
We do not re-sell any designs in a digital format; we have commercial usage for selling physical items only
Q ~ Can you print my logo or design?

Material/Application Instructions
Q ~ Where do I find Application Instructions? My transfer is coming off or is ruined, what do I do?
A ~ We do not include printed instructions with orders because there are 3 application methods for Heat Transfer material (Iron On, Cricut Easy Press, Commercial Heat Press)

Instructions for Replacement for Damaged Items during Application/Washing:
First Email us a photo of the damaged item and as much detail about the application process as possible, including the material type and surface type used under the garment
Then place an order for the new items, put in the notes box “REPLACEMENT” and we will refund 100% of the merchandise total at the time the order is shipped and photos have been received.
We are very sorry, but we cannot also cover the cost of shipping replacements, unless we are able to determine the cause is due to defective material (which is only proven when multiple customers have issues with application and is extremely rare).
Cash refunds are not given (even with a photo of damaged items).
If an error was made by us (unfortunately we are only human and it does happen), contact us and we will send the corrected item out with the next batch processing.
Q ~ How do I know what material to purchase?
A ~
Heat Transfer (available in Vinyl or Glitter) adhesive must be activated using a heat source (home iron, Cricut easy press or commercial heat press), will apply to most fabrics except Nylon, Nylon blends, Lycra, Spandex or fabrics marked “Do Not Iron” or “Dry Clean Only”
Sticker (available in Vinyl or Glitter) – is for hard surfaces that do not allow for heat application. Waterproof & guaranteed for up to 3years outdoor use. Can be used on fabric for a one-time/removable use. Will not adhere to rough/uneven surfaces such as popcorn textured walls. Stickers should not be applied onto surfaces that can be easily damaged if removed.

Q ~ Do you carry Metallic or Holographic material?
A ~ We have printable Vinyl and Glitter materials only. Our machine does not use metallic ink and we don’t stock specialty materials – Metallic, Holographic, flock or any others.
Q ~ Can you print any color, design, or pattern in Glitter material?
A ~ Glitter can be printed with any design, color, or pattern Except for the Faux Glitter patterns. Ultra-light colors (marshmallow, cream, linen, etc) will be harder to see. Any areas in a design that are white will print white with silver glitter flecks (it’s not a pure white glitter).
Please Note: you MUST select Heat Transfer Glitter or Sticker Glitter from the menu to receive glitter material. If you select the Heat Transfer Vinyl or Sticker Vinyl option and put “[color] glitter” in the notes, you will only receive vinyl material. Glitter is a material type, not a color option.

Buy 5+ of the same item and atomically save 10% (price will adjust as soon as the quantity is changed on the product page. If a product has already been added to the cart, it must be deleted and changed from the product page, discounts will not update on the cart page).

Place an order either on our Shopify site or Etsy shop and email us to enroll in our VIP club!
Etsy customer's email us after you have created an account on our Shopify site and we will update your status!
Wholesale Discounts*: Our best discounts are available for resellers (making finished products only, the stickers & transfers may not be resold as is).
To qualify you must have either a brick & mortar store, website, Etsy/Facebook online store, etc., and place an initial order of at least $50 net (after discounts, can be 1 or multiple orders, and on either our Shopify site, Etsy shop or a combination of both). After the initial order(s) has been placed, please contact us to request Wholesale status, and provide your physical/website/online store address and your account type will be updated after verification.
*Available on our Shopify site only. Must be logged into your account before adding products to the cart
Discount will be applied on the product page and will not show as a separate discount in the shopping cart
Q ~ How do I order multiple items? Do I have to pay separate shipping for each item? Can you create a custom order or email an invoice?
A ~ If the items are all the same size, just change the quantity to the total you need, and then put in the personalization box, all the required information (text, style, color, etc.).
If there are different sizes, once you add the first item to the cart, hit the back button on your web browser, to go back to the listing and then you can add the next one and so on.
Once all the items are added to the cart, the shipping will automatically calculate based on weight and zip code (so you are not paying individual shipping for each item).
I don’t create custom orders or send invoices; items must be purchased through the listings.
Q ~ I just placed an order, but forgot something, can I add on? Do I have to pay shipping again?
A ~ You’ll have to place an additional order, as neither Etsy or Shopify have an edit order feature, however I will refund any excess shipping and combine the orders to ship together. Orders can be combined between my Etsy shop and Shopify site as well, however discounts cannot be split/shared between the two.
Q ~ What is the difference between ordering between your Etsy and Shopify sites?
A ~ Etsy has limited designs & higher prices (thanks to Etsy’s high fees)
Shopify has all our designs + a catalog of custom print designs, lower prices, more fonts & add on text options, automatic discounts, VIP & Wholesale discounts, UPS shipping option
It’s not guaranteed, but Shopify orders may ship quicker than Etsy orders
Q ~ Can I resell your transfers or stickers? Can I make and sell items with your transfers or stickers?
A ~ Transfers and stickers cannot be resold as is. You can sell physical items with the applied transfer/sticker; however, it is your responsibility to know if the design/text/phrase is trademarked or copyrighted (especially if selling on Etsy) and obtain any necessary/applicable licensing. Otherwise, any trademarked/copyrighted design that we sell is for personal use only.
Q ~ Is your Shopify site secure? Will you ever sell or give away my information or send newsletters/spam?
A ~ Yes, our Shopify site is just as secure as our Etsy site! If you choose to set up an account, we will store your address/contact information securely, ONLY for processing orders and applying discounts.
We will never sell or give away your information to a 3rd Party or contact you for any other reason that completing your order, we hate spam/junk emails even more than you!
