Material Info for Craft Vinyl Sheets

We recommend performing a test cut each time. We apologize in advance, but we are unable to provide any technical support for your cutting machine, please refer to the manufacturer's website for support. 

 

 Iron On Transfer (for fabric) 

  • Must be applied with a heat source: Home Iron, Cricut Easy Press or Commercial Heat Press
  • Permanent One Time Application
  • Machine Washable, dry low heat or air dry
  • CPSIA Certified safe for children's clothing
  • A sample test/practice piece is included with every order
  • Sizes: 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12 all come with transfer mask pre-applied*
  • Sizes: 4x24, 6x24, 8x24, 10x24 & 12x24 are available with* or without mask
      • WITH Mask: you place the material Face DOWN and cut the design in reverse(or mirrored)
      • WITHOUT Mask: you place the material Face UP and cut the design normal
      *After printing, we apply the mask using a commercial laminating machine to ensure there are no bubbles or wrinkles! 

     

 

VINYL FINISH

  • Siser ColorPrint PU Matte Screenprint finish
  • 2.8 mil/70 Microns
  • Requires less heat & pressure for application and is very soft!!
  • Applies to most fabric types including 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Poly/Cotton blends, Canvas, Linen, Rayon, Silk, Leather, Lycra/Spandex, some non-fabric surfaces including Paper/Cardstock
  • Does NOT apply to: 100% Nylon, Nylon Blends, fabrics marked "Dry Clean Only", chunky/open weave fabric, any fabric with a waterproof coating, Glass
  •  Vinyl can only be layered when using a Commercial Heat Press (not with home iron or Cricut Easy Press)
  • Cut with 45° blade

 

GLITTER FINISH

  • Siser SparklePrint 
  • 7.48mil/190 Microns
  • Embedded Silver Glitter that is smooth not textured when applied
  • Applies to most fabric types including 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Poly/Cotton blends, Canvas, Linen, Rayon, Silk
  • Does NOT apply to: 100% Nylon, Nylon Blends, Leather, Lycra, Spandex, Lycra/Spandex Blends, fabrics marked, "Dry Clean Only", chunky/open weave fabric, any fabric with a waterproof coating, Glass
  • Cut with 60° blade & reduce cutting speed
  • Cut in small batches and check cut quality after each sheet, blade will wear out faster
  • May not be suitable for cutting small designs and/or designs will detailed/intricate cuts
  • Glitter cannot be layered over Glitter, can be layered over Vinyl only with a Commercial Heat Press (no iron or Cricut Easy Press)

 

IRIDESCENT FINISH

  • Does NOT apply to: 100% Nylon, Nylon Blends, Leather, Lycra, Spandex, Lycra/Spandex Blends, fabrics marked, "Dry Clean Only", chunky/open weave fabric, any fabric with a waterproof coating, Glass
  • Cut with a 60° blade
  • Not be suitable for cutting small designs and/or designs will detailed/intricate cuts

 

Self-Adhesive Sticker (for hard surfaces)

  • Self Adhesive application for flat and gently curved hard surfaces ex. glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, wood
  • Can be used for temporary or short-term application on fabric (do not launder).
  • Not recommended for surfaces that could be easily damaged when removed such as walls, painted surfaces, etc
  • Will Not adhere to rough or textured surfaces such as popcorn walls, un-sanded wood, etc
  • Removable (but not re-usable) from most surfaces except for paper, laminate, cardboard, etc. 
  • Waterproof, not laminated or UV coated
  • Not microwave or dishwasher safe, hand-wash only for household items 
  • Ink will fade over time on items handled frequently from the natural oils in hands, this is normal and not considered a defective product 

Cut the material Face UP, transfer tape is required for transferring designs with multiple pieces (not included)

VINYL FINISH

Lumina 7238 Series is an air egress digital print media that is repositionable, easy to apply, and offers light blockout qualities.  The 7238 Series is designed for general purpose printed graphics, signage, and decals requiring medium-term outdoor durability and clean removal.  It features a repositionable grey adhesive that removes cleanly and applies without bubbles or wrinkles thanks to the air egress quality.

METALLIC FINISH

The Lumina 3710 Series Ultra Metallic (glitter) vinyl film sets the new standard for glitter vinyl with it's large metallic flakes embedded in the film.  The Lumina 3710 Series is a pressure sensitive vinyl film (also known as sticker vinyl) which means it has it's own adhesive on the back and it's made for hard surfaces such as vehicles, boats, RVs, signs, crafts and more.  The Lumina 3710 Series vinyl can be used both indoors and outdoors with an outdoor life of up to 2 years when applied properly.
