• Choose the size from the menu for the largest side of the design
• The overall size will not exceed the size chosen from the menu
• Example: Your design is 4" high x 6" wide, then you would select the 6" size from the menu, but if you select the 4" size, the print will only be 2.5" high x 4" wide
• 1 design/logo per size

• Vector Files: SVG, EPS, AI, CDR, PDF
• Raster Files: PNG, JPG, PDF

• Please make sure any text in the design is welded, or converted to curves/outlines before saving and that there are NO outlines on the design. Outlines will change thickness when the size is changed, as well the cut line is set as an outline and can't be added if it's already in use. 
• Raster files will print with pixelated(blurry) edges (this is because of the file is made from pixels, not because of software/printer settings), we will not print certain types of designs/logos from this file format.
• Files need to be a minimum of 300dpi (the higher the resolution, the better the print quality!), and designs need to be face up (not reversed) 

**If you have any other file type available, please send us that before sending a JPG** Exception is for photographs, these print very well from JPG, the higher the pixels/resolution the better the print quality! 

Cricut Design Space - We cannot accept files for printing made in CDS

Canva - export files in PDF format (other file types won't import correctly from Canva into CorelDraw)

Options available for JPG files are Circle, Bezel(square), Rounded & Distressed 

EPS, SVG or PNG (with a transparent background) files will be cut with a custom contour

JPG - We can make no changes to either the design or background color, the file can only be printed exactly as it is submitted, please ony send us JPG if no other file type is available

PNG - If the design is ALL white, please send us the design in BLACK (white does not trace well) and specify in the Design Color box: White. 

SVG, EPS, CDR, PDF, AI - As long as the file is vector format with editable layers, we can make color changes

Outlines/Backgrounds are required for the following designs:

• Overlapping/multiple colors along the edge
• Distressed/Grunge lettering/design
• PNG files that are not transparent or are not clear enough to trace
• Size is too small to cut depending on the detail of the design and material type (we can only determine this once we see the file)

The background color is determined by the design color:
Black is the default for White designs/text
White is used for all other colors, or you can request any solid color, except for "clear"
We recommend selecting a background color that closest matches the shirt/item color for a nearly invisible look

JPG files cannot be changed to a different background color; they will be printed exactly as submitted. If you would like a different color, it must be changed before submitting the file to us, we cannot make any changes 

PNG we can change the background/outline color as long as the background on the file is transparent
