We cannot provide previews for glitter (since it is a material, not a color/pattern, and cannot be replicated digitally **PLEASE NOTE: White Iron On Glitter is NOT Pure White, it is White Vinyl with Embedded Silver Glitter flakes, some detail will be lost for watercolor when printed on glitter**

Specify the Color Name or Name-WC in the "Add Your Personalization box (Etsy) or Color Box (Shopify). Designs can be up to 2 colors or 1 color (Solid or Watercolor) and 1 Pattern #

• Self Adhesive application for flat and gently curved hard surfaces ex. glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, wood
• Not recommended for surfaces that could be easily damaged when removed such as walls, painted surfaces, etc
• Will Not adhere to rough or textured surfaces such as popcorn walls, un-sanded wood, etc
• Removable (but not re-usable) from most surfaces except for paper, laminate, cardboard, etc. 
• Waterproof, not laminated or UV coated
• Not microwave or dishwasher safe
• Ink will fade over time on items handled frequently from the natural oils in hands, this is normal and not considered a defective product

• Orders ship within 1-2 Business days from the day when the order was placed, excluding weekends, depending on order size and number of customized items
• Upgrades are available to select in the cart and apply for Shipping time only.
• All items are packaged in plastic bags to protect against moisture and then shipped in rigid cardboard envelopes or boxes
• All orders are shipped via USPS by Ground Advantage (First Class) or Priority Mail 
• Shipping/Transit time will vary and is determined by USPS by Zip Code coming from Fairview, Oregon 97042
• Estimated (not guaranteed) delivery dates are shown in the cart
• We ship to US Addresses only 
• Orders over 16oz are automatically upgraded to Priority Mail
• All packages include tracking, numbers will be emailed at the time of shipping from our email orders@stickersbystephanie.com 

• Cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed, but once the order has been printed and/or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Items can be Exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date
• To Exchange, email us the item # and reason for exchange. We will issue store credit for 50% of the merchandise total only
• Items can only be exchanged 1 time, and items on an order using store credit are not eligible for exchange
• Items do not need to be mailed back saving you return postage cost 
• Items damaged due to application/washing, email us a photo and we will issue a store credit which can be used to re-order a replacement or different item of your choice 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.
• Cash refunds are not given for any reason
• Digital items are not eligible for exchange/refund. 
• If we are unable to complete an item against our custom text policy, items will be refunded as store credit.
