• Each style is sold as a separate/individual item, even when multiple options are shown in the listing photo
• The style # is the letter shown right above or to the side of the design in Purple
• To order multiple quantities from the same listing, change the quantity to the total number of items needed and specify all the style # in the box
• Designs are printed as shown or specify in the box "reverse" and we can flip the design to face the opposite direction

• Backgrounds are Required ONLY for sizes marked "background required" in the menu because otherwise the design would be to small/detailed to cut
• Additional sizes may require a background if text is added (see add on text info link)
• All other sizes, backgrounds are not required/added
• Backgrounds can be any color except for "clear". We recommend selecting a color closest to the item color for a nearly invisible look, or choose a different color for contrast
• For required sizes, specify in the options box, the design color and the background color, otherwise the default will be used based on the design color:

-White is the default for Black/Colors
-Black is the default for White

• Patterns can be used a background for any size
• Examples are shown in the photos

- Text must be the same material type and color/pattern as the design, or in different solid color only, if nothing is specified the default color will match the design
- Text will be sized TOGETHER proportionally with the design to fit within the size chosen from the menu

Placement Options: Above Design, Below Design, Above & Below Design & Inside Design, in straight format only (no curved or arched available), if no placement is specified Below Design will be the default

Background: is required around the design & text only (examples are shown below) for Above and Below placement in sizes 2" thru 5"

All other sizes there is no added background, unless length of text causes the letters to be to small to cut

Background can be requested in any solid color or pattern, otherwise the default will apply: 
Black is the default background color for White 
White is the default background color for Black/All Colors/Patterns

If you want the design as the background, specify "Inside Placement" 

Make sure to type the text in the format as you want it printed (ALL CAPS, Upper/Lowercase, or lowercase only) 

-We sincerely apologize in advance, but we are not able to accommodate requests for custom proofs before ordering/shipping

Custom Text Policy: 
We reserve the right to refuse to cut or print any text that is:

• profane/profanity, swear/curse words, foul language & anything similar, either written out, abbreviated, letters replaced with symbols, additional letters added to disguise the word, or letters scrambled
• derogatory or demeaning
• offensive to any group or culture
• any references to drugs or violence 
• The invoice will be marked "text could not be completed as requested" and only the design will be printed

We cannot provide previews for glitter (since it is a material, not a color/pattern and it cannot be replicated digitally) **PLEASE NOTE: White Iron On Glitter is NOT Pure White, it is White Vinyl with Embedded Silver Glitter flakes**

 All materials can be printed in any color/pattern/design, however we do not recommend Ultra Light Colors for Glitter material, if a background is required, these colors will not be visible against the default White, a darker color will need to be selected.

• Removable (but not re-usable) from most surfaces except for paper, laminate, cardboard, etc.

• Orders ship within 1-3 Business days from the day when the order was placed.

• All items are packaged in plastic bags to protect against moisture and then shipped in rigid cardboard envelopes or boxes
• All orders are shipped via USPS by Ground Advantage (First Class) or Priority Mail 
• Shipping/Transit time will vary and is determined by USPS by Zip Code coming from Fairview, Oregon 97042
• Estimated (not guaranteed) delivery dates are shown in the cart

• Orders over 16oz are automatically upgraded to Priority Mail
• All packages include tracking, numbers will be emailed at the time of shipping 

• Cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed, but once the order has been printed and/or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Items can be Exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date
• To Exchange, email us the item # and reason for exchange. We will issue store credit for 50% of the merchandise total only
• Items can only be exchanged 1 time, and items on an order using store credit are not eligible for exchange
• Items do not need to be mailed back saving you return postage cost 
• Items damaged due to application/washing, email us a photo and we will issue a store credit which can be used to re-order a replacement or different item of your choice 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.
• Cash refunds are not given for any reason
• Digital items are not eligible for exchange/refund. 
• If we are unable to complete an item against our custom text policy, items will be refunded as store credit.
