Q ~ What is the difference between DTF & Vinyl?
A ~ Vinyl is adhesive backed material that is printed with eco-solvent ink and then cut, weeded and transfer mask applied
for DTF, the ink is printed directly on the transfer mask then heat activated adhesive is applied. Designs can be printed in smaller sizes and without outlines/backgrounds, that would be required with vinyl
Both options are applied the same and look and feel very nearly similar once applied (most probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference apart), but colors print slightly darker in DTF.
