Please contact us if you need specific measurements of a design before ordering (we will need the Item Number from the listing title and Style # (shown when you hover over an image in the gallery) if there are multiple options

If you still aren't sure what size to get, our recommendation is to cut a piece of paper to size to lay against your item to get a visual to decide what size will fit and what you like the look of best. We also highly recommend measuring your shirt as sizing will vary by brand (measurements are shown for the brands used in our examples)
