Return/Exchange Policy
- Cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed, but once the order has been printed and/or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Items can be Exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date
- To Exchange, email us the item # and reason for exchange. We will issue store credit for 50% of the merchandise total only
- Items can only be exchanged 1 time, and items on an order using store credit are not eligible for exchange
- Items do not need to be mailed back saving you return postage cost
- Items damaged due to application/washing, email us a photo and we will issue a store credit which can be used to re-order a replacement or different item of your choice
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.
- Cash refunds are not given for any reason
- Digital items are not eligible for exchange/refund.
- If we are unable to complete an item against our custom text policy, items will be refunded as store credit.
