Return/Exchange Policy
  • Cancellations must be made the same day the order is placed, but once the order has been printed and/or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Items can be Exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date
  • To Exchange, email us the item # and reason for exchange. We will issue store credit for 50% of the merchandise total only
  • Items can only be exchanged 1 time, and items on an order using store credit are not eligible for exchange
  • Items do not need to be mailed back saving you return postage cost 
  • Items damaged due to application/washing, email us a photo and we will issue a store credit which can be used to re-order a replacement or different item of your choice 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for any reason.
  • Cash refunds are not given for any reason
  • Digital items are not eligible for exchange/refund. 
  • If we are unable to complete an item against our custom text policy, items will be refunded as store credit.
