**SIZE**
is for the ENTIRE design, based on whichever side is the largest

**FILE TYPES**
preferred files are SVG/EPS, or PNG with a transparent background, but we can work with any file type you have

**CUT SHAPE/OUTLINES**

SVG/EPS/PNG (transparent) files
*will be cut with a custom contour around the design  

PNG/JPG (non-transparent) files
*can only be cut with basic contour shapes (circle, bezel, rounded, bleach)
*the outline color will be whatever the background color of the file is, we cannot remove or make any color changes, it must be done before saving and submitting the file for ordering

Photographs
*will have no outline and will be cut in the shape of the photo 

 

If you would like to request no outline/background, please contact us before ordering with a preview of the image and include the Material, Size & Quantity and we will confirm if possible

• Exception for iridesent material, outline/background is required regardless of size/design

If you aren't sure what size to get, our recommendation is to cut a piece of paper to size to lay against your shirt to get a visual to decide what size you like the look of best. 

Stickers by Stephanie - Content Standards

Stickers by Stephanie is proud to supply businesses, small and large, with DTF Transfers that meet our customer’s needs. We recognize that custom apparel is a form of personal expression and a way of communicating a variety of viewpoints and opinions.

However, we also recognize that these ‘expressions’ can potentially have a negative impact on others. Because of this, we try to strike a balance between ‘freedom of expression’ and ‘negative’ or ‘offensive’ content.

The following is a list of guidelines and standards to help you understand what we will produce, maybe produce, and will not produce when printing DTF Transfers.

We use a system of “YES - MAYBE - NO”, as represented by the symbols above, to determine if your designs or artwork meet our standards. If the design is questionable and falls into the MAYBE category, we may contact you to discuss potential alternatives.

Here is a list of general guidelines of each content standard category. This is not meant to be an exhaustive or complete list to cover every possible scenario. Ultimately the decision of design approval rests with our team.

Stickers by Stephanie will produce designs that:

• Are not likely to offend others
• Use language and images appropriate for people of all ages
• Use legally authorized content and do not violate intellectual property rights

Stickers by Stephanie may not produce or may require changes be made to designs that:

• Include defamatory statements
• Encourage harassment of any people(s) or group(s)
• Dehumanize individuals or encourage violence
• Include vulgar or lewd content (text or images)
• Include sexually suggestive content, including images of an artistic/health/medical nature
• Feature violence, including events, terms, or images
• Promote, focus on, or encourage illegal activity
• Advertise, endorse, or defend criminal or alleged criminal acts
• Contain content that may incite harm or violence

Stickers by Stephanie will not produce uploaded designs that:

• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Comprise or contain libel, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Encourage violence, abuse, hate, or harassment against individuals or groups
• Include hate speech or derogatory terms
• Include expletives or profanity (curse or swear words)
• Endorse, promote, or feature the use of hard drugs
• Contain explicit sexual content or nudity
• Include any sexually suggestive images or text involving children or minors
• Feature or encourage underage drinking, smoking, or marijuana use

• Must be applied with a heat source: Home Iron, Cricut Easy Press or Commercial Heat Press
• Cover Sheet is Required, use Parchment Paper (any store brand will work) for Home Iron, or Kraft Paper/Teflon Sheets with a Heat Press
• Permanent One Time Application
• Machine Washable, dry low heat or air dry
• CPSIA Certified safe for children's clothing
• All heat transfer materials can be applied onto 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Poly/Cotton blends, Canvas, Linen, Rayon, Silk
• Does NOT apply on: 100% Nylon, Nylon Blends, fabrics marked "Dry Clean Only", chunky/open weave fabric, any fabric with a waterproof coating, Glass
• Can be applied to some hard surfaces including wood & Cardstock
• Sample test/practice pieces are included with every order
• Printed instructions are not included automatically, but can be included on request, just specify in the notes the application method needed (iron, Cricut, Commercial Press)

 

DTF MATTE

• Designs are printed directly onto the film transfer sheet, with adhesive applied separately to printed area only, no cutting required
• Applies to Cotton, Polyester, Poly/Cotton blends, Tri-Blends
• Exceptional quality - soft hand with matte screenprint finish
  
• Not available for all designs 
• Recommended for full color designs when no outline is desired, or designs/sizes that would require a background in DTV Matte

 

DTF & DTV Matte will look and feel very similar when applied, but are printed with different inks, so colors will not be an exact match

 

DTV MATTE

• Siser ColorPrint PU Matte Finish
• Designs are printed and cut directly from adhesive backed material
• Colors are opaque, the shirt color won't show through the vinyl, so colors will stay vibrant when applied on either light or dark fabrics
• Material is thin & soft with a screen print finish
• Can also apply on Leather, Lycra/Spandex blends
  

 

GLITTER

• Siser SparklePrint 
• White vinyl with embedded Silver glitter (not textured)
• Applies on Light or Dark Fabrics
• Material is thick, may not be suitable for application on light weight fabrics
• Not recommended for designs with faux glitter elements

 

IRIDESCENT

• Stahls Cad-Color Chroma Twill
• Glossy finish with a pastel rainbow shimmer color effect that will change color depending on lighting and angle viewed
• Applies on Light or Dark Fabrics
• Material is thick, may not be suitable for application on light weight fabrics

 

• Self-Adhesive (sticky) application for flat and gently curved hard surfaces ex. glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, wood
• Can be used for temporary or short-term application on fabric (do not heat apply or launder).  
• Not recommended for surfaces that could be easily damaged when removed such as walls, painted surfaces, etc
• Will Not adhere to rough or textured surfaces such as popcorn walls, un-sanded wood, etc
• Removable (but not re-usable) from most surfaces except for paper, laminate, cardboard, etc. 
• Waterproof, not laminated or UV coated
• Not microwave safe, hand-wash only for household items 
• Ink will fade over time on items handled frequently from the natural oils in hands, this is normal and not considered a defective product 
• Clear transfer tape pre-applied for easy application
• Printed instructions included with every order

 

SOLID VINYL 

• Lumina 7238 Air Egress White Vinyl
• Glossy Finish
• Repositionable

• We cannot print white ink so colors will be translucent, limited Designs/Print Colors available

• Vibrant rainbow color shift, colors will shift depending on light conditions and angle being viewed
