❓What Materials are available?
✅All designs are available in all printed Materials - Matte/Glitter/Iridescent Iron-On & Matte/Glossy/Glitter/Iridescent/Holographic Stickers
✅Special Order Materials - Foil & Textured Glitter may be available for some designs and sizes. Minimum order quantities are required for non-stock colors. Message us for ordering instructions for stock colors or click link for quote/custom order for specialty colors
✅previews/colors/patterns are shown for Matte/Gloss finish only - colors WILL look different in all other materials especially Glitter
⚠️Designs must be all one material type, either all vinyl or all glitter
✅Choose Heat Transfer (iron on) for 1-time permanent application on fabric <link to swatches/videos>
✅Choose Sticker for 1-time removable application <link to swatches/videos> 

❓What Sizes are Available? 
✅All designs in Printed Materials are available in sizes from 2 inch to 14 inch (up to 16 inch in select materials), but some sizes may require an outline in order to be cut
⚠️Cut Materials (Foil & Textured Glitter) are available in limited sizes depending on design

❓How do I Order Multiple Items (bundles)?
✅ Just change the quantity to the total number of items needed, then specify all options in the box - no need to add each one to the cart individually! 

❓Do Bundles Have to be all the Same?
⚠️Yes: Material Type must be the same
✅No: Style/Color/Text/Size can be different! 

❓Can Text/Font be changed?
✅Yes Text can be changed, just message us if you would like to preview an option not shown
✅Most designs the font can be changed, specify any requested changes in the notes box, and we will accommodate when possible, or message us before ordering to make sure
❌We will not print anything with profanity (especially four-letter words starting with b or f) either written out or letters replaced with symbols or derogatory towards any person or group

❓Can Design Color be Changed?
⚠️Only for specified listings can color be changed
✅Make sure to specify full color name or pattern number requested

❓Why is an Outline Required? 
✅Outlines are required depending on material type, design size (when too small or detailed to cut) and/or type (illustrated/watercolor designs in multiple colors)
✅Matte Iron-On is the only material that is guaranteed no outlines (it is printed only; all other materials are printed then cut)
✅Full = around entire design (graphic + text)
✅Partial = around graphic only 
✅White (material color) is the default, or any color can be requested

❓Can I receive a proof/preview?
✅Yes! custom proofs are available before ordering only - just message us with all information required - style, color, size, etc., and we will send to you as quickly as possible!   <click here to request> 

❓Do you offer Discounts?
✅ Yes! Either login in to receive automatic discounts in the cart (new save carts for up to 30 days) or use discount codes with Guest checkout

✨Reorders
✅specify "Reorder" in the notes box and we will use the previous order's print file, rather than setup a new one. Order number and/or order date (range) is helpful but not required. 

✨Shipping 
✅Sticker sizes up to 12 inch will ship Flat, sizes over 12 inch will ship loosly rolled in a box
✅Heat Transfers will ship Flat or Rolled depending on design/order size

✅Make sure to specify the full color name in the box
✅We can also print using any HEX, CMYK or RGB code, colors from teamcolorcodes.com or match custom colors from graphics
✅Screen colors and Printed colors may vary depending on individual computer monitor settings and each material type

CT-003 Glitter Iron-on: 2 inch; Stickers 3 inch
CT-006 Glitter Iron-on/Stickers: all sizes required outline/background

Please contact us if you need specific measurements of a design before ordering (we will need the Item Number from the listing title)

If you still aren't sure what size to get, our recommendation is to cut a piece of paper to size to lay against your item to get a visual to decide what size will fit and what you like the look of best. We also highly recommend measuring your shirt as sizing will vary by brand (measurements are shown for the brands used in our examples)
